With a diverse background encompassing the retail, food service, sports, and building sectors, Jordan brings a wealth of expertise and a well-rounded skill set to our team.

Jordan moved to Vancouver in 2017 where he indulged in his passion for hospitality working alongside the executive chef at Five Sails Restaurant. Shortly after, Jordan began working at Minglian Group on development projects. His role quickly evolved from Development Coordinator to Vice President, and now also acts as the Owner’s Representative overseeing the development and operations of all wineries within the Minglian umbrella.

Jordan's breadth of experience encompasses every facet of the development process, spanning from project inception and site acquisition to design implementation, permit management, budgetary oversight, and talent acquisition.

This new role harmoniously amalgamates his passion for hospitality with his profound understanding of the construction industry. Jordan finds great satisfaction in actively contributing to the strategic design of each winery project, skillfully integrating cutting-edge efficiencies and unparalleled hospitality elements to create truly exceptional experiences.
