J.R. has a diverse background in the construction industry with over 15 years of expertise in estimating and building. He embarked on his academic journey at OCAD University in Toronto before later transferring to BCIT in Vancouver, where he honed his skills in construction.

In 2021, J.R. embarked on an exciting new chapter in his career when he joined Minglian Development Ltd, a prominent player in the industry. In his role, he oversees project and budget management, liaises with building permits, and provides detailed reporting.
